Unless… You stick to the plan! OK, so maybe that’s not such a big secret. You probably already knew that diet and exercise motivation was key. But people continually purchase the latest and greatest diet books, online diet plans, exercise books and videos, diet tracker logs, diet pills, etc., and you know what? Very few people actually stick to ANY of those weight loss plans for more than 2 weeks straight! No matter how good a weight loss plan is, it’s pretty much worthless if you’re on it for less than 2 weeks!
